The Dexcom G6 and G6 Pro Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) Systems are essential tools for individuals with diabetes, offering real-time glucose monitoring without the need for fingersticks or calibration*. These systems are designed to help you make informed treatment decisions by providing continuous glucose readings every five minutes for patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, including children aged 2 years and older.

One of the standout features of the Dexcom G6 and G6 Pro is the ability to receive personalized trend alerts directly on your smart device. These alerts notify you when your glucose levels are trending too low or too high, enabling better diabetes management. The Alert Schedule** feature allows you to customize a second set of alerts, tailoring them to different times of the day, such as work hours. You can also choose custom alert sounds, including a Vibrate-Only option for your phone, though the Urgent Low Alarm remains active and cannot be turned off.

The Always Sound setting, enabled by default, ensures you receive critical Dexcom CGM Alerts even if your phone is set to silent, vibrate, or Do Not Disturb mode. This means you can mute calls and texts while still hearing important CGM alarms and alerts, including the Urgent Low Alarm, Low and High Glucose alerts, Urgent Low Soon Alert, and Rise and Fall Rate alerts**. A convenient Home screen icon indicates whether your Alerts are set to sound. For safety, the Urgent Low Alarm and three other alerts—Transmitter Failed, Sensor Failed, and App Stopped—cannot be silenced.

Additional features of the Dexcom G6 include:

• Share: You can share your glucose data in real time with up to ten followers using the Dexcom Follow** app on their compatible smart devices. Both Share and Follow functions require an internet connection.
• Health Connect: This feature allows you to share retrospective glucose data with third-party apps.
• Quick Glance: View your glucose data directly on your smart device's lock screen.
• Wear OS Integration: Receive glucose alerts and alarms on your Wear OS watch.

*Fingersticks are required for diabetes management decisions if symptoms do not match readings.
