FAQs for Mortal Kombat APK.

Q1. Connection Error: Failed to Get Online Profile

If you see "Connection Error: Failed to Get Online Profile. Would You Like to Retry or Continue With Your Current Offline Profile," try these steps:

First, tap "Retry" several times. You may connect normally on another attempt. If that fails, proceed as follows:

1. Tap the Menu button.
2. Select “Profile”.
3. Select “Change WBID”.
4. Tap “Don’t have a WBPlay account?”.
5. Enter your existing WBID email and password.
6. Check the box to agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
7. Tap “Sign up using your email” again.
8. A prompt will ask if you want to associate your save with this WBID; select Yes.
9. If no success message appears, tap “Sign up using your email” and select Yes again when prompted.

If issues persist, reinstalling the game and logging back into WBID may resolve it, though any offline progress may be lost.

Q2. How do I change my Profile name in MKX Mobile?

Your display name is how others identify you. Change it via Menu > Profile > Change Profile name.

Q3. How do I create or restore a cloud save in MKX Mobile?

To create a Cloud save, log into WBPlay/WBID via the in-game Profile tab. Once logged in, your Cloud save updates after each match or major action.

To restore a Cloud save after reinstalling or on a new device, log into the same WBPlay/WBID account used previously. If a save is linked, you can download it again.

Note: Downloading a WBPlay save overwrites local device data. Ensure you are willing to lose your current Card Kollection before downloading a Cloud save.
