BlazBlue Roguelite Entropy Effect Hits Android

Popular PC game BlazBlue: Entropy Effect has made its way to mobile devices. Developed by 91Act, this 2D roguelite action title delivers an immersive experience. While marking BlazBlue's PC debut, the studio previously released BlazBlue RR – Real Action Game on mobile.

A Unique Blend of BlazBlue Universe

The game unfolds in ACE, a dystopian VR world where humans inhabit robotic avatars. Players undergo MIND training within this digital realm, though the protagonist experiences unusual reactions that trigger an extraordinary adventure.

Set in an alternate BlazBlue timeline, the story stands independently from the main series. Players can enjoy the narrative without prior franchise knowledge.

Gameplay combines side-scrolling action with roguelite mechanics, emphasizing combo development and fluid combat. The cyberpunk mystery involves rogue hackers who assist the protagonist.

Diverse Playable Characters

The roster includes 14 distinct fighters with swappable abilities during combat. Mobile players initially unlock Es, Mai, and Hibiki without cost.

Additional characters become available through Analyzers, the in-game currency. The absence of gacha mechanics ensures direct progression toward desired unlocks.

Each playthrough offers unique challenges, with successful runs influencing future attempts. Collecting enough BlazBlue characters grants access to ICEY as a special crossover fighter.

BlazBlue: Entropy Effect supports gamepad controls and LAN co-op multiplayer. The free-to-play title is now available on Google Play Store.
