Retro Bowl Studio Launches Retro Slam Tennis

New Star Games delivers another retro-inspired sports title, this time centered on tennis. Retro Slam Tennis is their newest release. With a proven background from hits like New Star Soccer, Retro Goal, and Retro Bowl, the studio excels at transforming sports into engaging pixel-art adventures.

Game, Set, Match in Retro Slam Tennis

Beyond simply hitting the ball across the net, Retro Slam Tennis offers an entertaining journey. Begin at the lowest rank and climb your way to the top. Compete on hard, clay, and grass courts while overseeing all aspects of your career—from training routines to personal life decisions.

You can enlist coaches, tackle their challenges, maintain friendships and family ties, and even attract sponsors. This allows you to indulge in luxury purchases if you wish. And when the pressure mounts, just pop open a can of NRG to push through.

A particularly interesting feature of Retro Slam Tennis is its social media integration. In today’s landscape, winning matches isn’t enough—you also need to keep your fan base engaged. It’s an RPG-like experience where your decisions directly influence your career trajectory.

It’s Now Available on Android Globally

Retro Slam Tennis is developed by New Star Games and published by Five Aces Publishing. The game initially launched on iOS in select regions in July 2024. Now, it’s also available for Android worldwide and is free to download. It retains the same appealing charm as Retro Bowl and Retro Goal.

According to Simon Read, founder of New Star Games, the title follows a structure similar to New Star Soccer. It combines arcade-style gameplay with a lighthearted simulation of a professional athlete’s career.

If you enjoy sports games, you can find Retro Slam Tennis on the Google Play Store.
