What Is Civilization VII?
Sid Meier’s Civilization VII marks the latest entry in a storied strategy game series that began in 1991. Developed by Firaxis, it allows you to select a historical leader to guide your civilization toward global supremacy. Build your cities, erect architectural wonders, and expand your influence through conquest or diplomacy with other civilizations.
You have the freedom to shape your civilization's progress, choosing whether to follow historical paths or to create an entirely new narrative. A significant new feature in Civ 7 is the dynamic civilization system, where you select a different civilization for each of the three Ages: Antiquity, Exploration, and Modern. The only constant throughout your playthrough is the leader you choose.
