Sony has announced an exciting new addition to its gaming lineup with the upcoming release of Mukti, a first-person story exploration game developed by underDOGS Studio as part of the Sony India Hero Project. Set within the immersive environment of an Indian museum, Mukti aims to tackle a critical social issue—human trafficking—through a compelling narrative and engaging gameplay.

In Mukti, players will navigate the museum's intricate corridors, uncovering the stark realities and hidden stories behind human trafficking. The game uses rich storytelling and immersive mechanics to shed light on the experiences of victims and survivors, hoping to raise awareness, stimulate discussion, and encourage action. The game draws from real-life narratives and historical contexts, ensuring a powerful and authentic experience.

underDOGS Studio is collaborating closely with PlayStation to optimize the PS5's DualSense controller features, such as haptics and adaptive triggers. These will be finely tuned to enhance gameplay, particularly during moments of quiet puzzle-solving, providing a more immersive experience.
