The wait is over! You can now download AVLView's highly anticipated School Bus module – an app designed specifically for parents. With app.avlview.com, schools can efficiently manage bus schedules, assign designated pickup and drop-off points, and keep parents informed about when their child's school bus is nearing these locations.

The School module in AVLView offers an array of features to streamline school transportation management:

Pre-scheduled Trips: Schools can create and manage pre-scheduled trips for their buses.
Route Assignment: Assign specific routes (route fences) that buses must follow.
Waypoint Integration: Include student pick-up and drop-off points as waypoints along the route.
Notification Alerts: School management receives notifications via SMS or email for any schedule violations, such as mismatches in timings, route deviations, and missed stops.
Student Information: Add students to the school bus module with detailed grade information (e.g., class, division, etc.), such as VII C.
Trip Assignments: Assign students to scheduled trips and designate their specific stops.
Multiple Trips: Students can be assigned multiple trips, typically including at least two – one for pickup and one for drop-off.
Trip-View on Map: Provides a clear visual of the bus route and stoppage points for student pick-up and drop-off.
Parent Sub-User Accounts: Parents can access a sub-user account with live tracking capabilities, showing the progress of their child’s journey and the estimated time of arrival at their stops.
