The Electronic Health Book application, developed by Vietnam's Ministry of Health, is a revolutionary mobile application designed to empower Vietnamese citizens with comprehensive health management tools. Through e-healthcare, each citizen is equipped with a personal electronic medical record, which includes vital health information, medical history, and vaccination records. This feature not only aids healthcare professionals in diagnosing and treating diseases more effectively but also ensures that individuals receive continuous and holistic health care, ultimately reducing the costs associated with medical consultations and treatments.

The application significantly streamlines the process of registering for Covid-19 vaccinations, enabling swift access to injection information for healthcare workers, thereby reducing wait times and congestion at vaccination sites. This also minimizes unnecessary contact during the vaccination process, enhancing safety and efficiency.

For those vaccinated against Covid-19, the e-healthcare system provides an electronic "Certificate of Immunization" complete with a QR code, ensuring a verifiable record of their vaccination status.
