Application Description

A classic card game played by three people using a 24-card deck.

Current Game Rules:

Players need 880 points to declare a "barrel"
Points reset after 3 unsuccessful barrel attempts
A bolt is given for scoring zero points in a round
Three bolts result in a 120-point penalty
Surrendering players receive penalties equal to their bid, split between opponents

Available Game Settings:

Winning threshold set at 1000 points
Points reset at exactly 555 or -555 points
Barrel declaration allowed without bidding when holding initial deal
Talon redistribution if card values fall below threshold
Ace marriages scoring
Golden round option
Multiplayer barrel scenarios

"Own Turn" Barrel Rules:

Players with 880+ points can declare barrel when holding first bid rights, automatically winning the talon regardless of opponents' cards. Failed attempts incur 120-point penalties. Three failures trigger point reset. Players not holding initial bid may play regular rounds without scoring. Multiple qualifying players follow standard turn order.
