To use an item, select it from your inventory and tap where you wish to apply it.

Double-tap an item to enlarge it for a better view.

To combine items, first enlarge one item, then select the second item and tap on the first.

Tap the "X" button to close an enlarged item view.

Tap the lightbulb button if you need a helpful hint.
