Quick guide to gameplay:
After dealing cards evenly among four players, participants take turns either passing or bidding the number of tricks their team expects to win beyond six in any suit or in "No Trumps." The bidding proceeds auction-style, with each player able to place a higher bid than the current winning bid or pass.
The player to the Declarer's left makes the opening lead. Each participant then plays one card in sequence, matching suit when possible. When unable to follow suit, players may use any card from their hand, including trumps. After determining the trick winner, that player leads the next trick. The contracting team aims to secure enough tricks to fulfill their bid, while opponents try to prevent this.
Following the opening lead, the Dummy's cards become visible to all players. The Declarer manages both their own hand and the Dummy's cards. If your team wins the contract, you'll control both the Declarer and Dummy hands.
At each round's conclusion, successful bidders earn contract points for meeting or exceeding their bid, or award undertrick penalty points to opponents. The "Rubber" goes to the team with the highest score after winning two of three games. Games are won when a team accumulates 100 contract points.
