emmy offers flexible, short-term rentals – from minutes to days. Say goodbye to traffic jams and hello to a fun, fast, and sustainable way to get around.

Getting Started with emmy:

Download the emmy app and unlock a world of easy riding. The app helps you locate, reserve, and unlock nearby electric mopeds. emmy handles the charging, providing helmets and a phone holder for your convenience.

Account Creation:

Download the emmy app and register for €4.95, including 15 free minutes.
Verify your EU driver's license to activate your account.
Find a nearby moped using the app and reserve it for free.
End your ride by parking in a designated public parking area within our service zone.

Riding Your emmy Moped:

Open the helmet compartment using the red button.
Lift the moped off its kickstand by pushing the handlebars forward.
Turn the red switch on the right handlebar to "ON" (or press the "P-button" on Yadea models).
Simultaneously pull the moped brake and press the "Down" switch on the left handlebar to start the engine.

Our Moped Fleet:

Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden feature NIU scooters, while Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich offer Yadea mopeds. Remember to park responsibly in designated areas for mopeds and bicycles.

Pricing:

Registration costs €4.95, including 15 free minutes (valid for 3 months). Unlocking a moped costs €1, with a per-minute rate of €0.33. You can pause your ride at a reduced rate.

Moped Locations:

Over 3800 emmy mopeds are available throughout our service area (viewable in the app) across Berlin, Dresden, Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich.
