The Iași Bilet app simplifies your public transportation experience in Iași. GET A TICKET APPLICATION: Some features will be added later.

Iași Bilet, powered by the Iași Public Transport Company, is your all-in-one travel portal. Manage all aspects of your public transport journey within the app.

Purchase tickets with your bank card, plan optimal routes, and track buses, trams, and trolleys in real time on an interactive map.

After creating an account and linking it to your transport card, easily top up your card balance using online bank card payments. Monitor your card status and active tickets at any time. Manage multiple cards from a single account, topping up e-wallets, buying new subscriptions, or extending existing ones.

Access a detailed transaction history for all purchases, validations, and other actions.

Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly through the app, submitting supporting documents for approval. Once approved (either in-app or at a counter), purchase discounted or free tickets.

Businesses partnered with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

Receive timely notifications (on your device or via email) regarding ticket purchases, upcoming expirations, and other relevant card actions.

Plan your journey efficiently. Find the optimal route from point A to point B using real-time vehicle location data. Start from your current location or any other point on the map, specifying your destination via address, point of interest, station, or custom pin. Save frequently used locations for quicker access.

The app displays the distance to the nearest station, predicted vehicle arrival times, and estimated travel duration. Save frequently used locations for easier future route planning.

Real-time tracking shows your required vehicle and alerts you to necessary line changes. View complete or directional line routes on the map and save your favorite lines. Receive alerts regarding service disruptions impacting your journey.

Search for specific lines and view real-time vehicle locations on the map. Select a station to see all lines serving it, along with their next three arrival times and schedules.

Locate transport directorate points of sale on the map and view their operating hours.

The app is available in Romanian and English, adapting to your device's language settings.
