Unlocking the Citadelle des Morts Mystery: A Guide to Finding and Using the Four Page Fragments in Black Ops 6 Zombies
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6's Zombies mode, specifically the Citadelle des Morts map, offers a rich and challenging Easter Egg hunt. However, one particularly tricky step involves locating four elusive page fragments. This guide will walk you through the process of finding and utilizing these fragments to progress the main quest.
Finding the Page Fragments:
Before embarking on your search, ensure you've completed these crucial steps to increase the likelihood of the fragments spawning correctly:
- Activate Pack-a-Punch: Unlock the Pack-a-Punch machine on Citadelle des Morts.
- Speak with Professor Krafft: Interact with the sealed door in the Dungeon area to trigger a conversation with Professor Krafft.
Once these prerequisites are met, the fragments should appear. If not, try restarting the game.
The four page fragments are always located within the Sitting Room (containing Stamin-Up) or its adjacent Passage. They appear as small pieces of paper, each displaying a unique symbol. Potential spawn locations include:
- Near the vase by the torch in the Sitting Room Passage.
- Between two torches (one lit, one unlit) to the left of the previous location.
- On the ruined corner wall of the Passage.
- On the TVs near Stamin-Up.
- On the couch in the Sitting Room.
- Next to the static-filled TV.
- By the fireplace near the bunk beds.
- On the bunk beds themselves.
- On an end table near the bunk beds.
- On a desk near the bunk beds.
- On the floor near the crates in the Passage.
- On the crates in the Passage.
- Next to the rope bundle near a torch and boxes in the Passage.
If you're having trouble, systematically check all surfaces in the Sitting Room and Passage, repeatedly pressing and releasing the interact button.
Using the Page Fragments:
Once you've collected all four fragments, proceed to the Undercroft area. Locate a breakable wall section and destroy it using the Melee Macchiato perk's enhanced melee attack.
This reveals a book and a puzzle. Solving the puzzle will spawn a red orb. Interact with the orb to add the fragments to the book.
Note the symbols' order (top-left, bottom-left, top-right, bottom-right). Each symbol corresponds to a Point of Power Trap on the map. Activate the traps in the order indicated by the symbols, eliminating enemies within each trap until it deactivates. Successfully completing this step will extinguish the corresponding symbol on the book, guiding you to the next step in the Easter Egg quest.
