Etheria: Restart has taken to Twitter (X) to announce an upcoming global livestream ahead of its final beta test. Mark your calendars for April 25, 2025, at 21:00 (UTC-5), as the event will be streamed live on Etheria: Restart’s official YouTube and Twitch channels. Etheria: Restart is a thrilling free-to-play hero RPG set in a futuristic, sci-fi universe where humanity faces a global freeze, forcing them to upload their minds to the digital world of Etheria. Here, they coexist with beings called the Animus. But a new threat emerges with the Genesis Virus, corrupting the Animus and turning them hostile.
As a Hyperlinker in the Hyperlinker Union, your mission is to combat this viral threat and uncover its origins to protect both the virtual world and the remaining human survivors.
Powered by Unreal Engine, Etheria: Restart boasts stunning graphics and cinematic scenes. The gameplay involves strategic turn-based combat with real-time tactical control, and a competitive PvP arena for intense real-time battles. Players can also engage with the game’s gacha system, using Hydra Crystals—obtainable in-game or with real currency—to recruit new characters.
Final Beta Test Starts May 8, 2025
The final beta test kicks off on May 8, 2025, featuring new challenges like Anisync Echoes and Phantom Theater, alongside real-time PvP (RTA) battles inspired by popular games such as Summoners War and Epic Seven.
Cross-play functionality will be enabled during the beta, allowing seamless gameplay across mobile and PC platforms. Players can form the ultimate squad to tackle challenging boss fights and unlock new companions called "Shells."
