How to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2
The Hand of Wisdom and Action is a Unique Glove that can drop upon defeating Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss in PoE 2. You can encounter Xesht in the Twisted Domain, accessible through the Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone. To find the Realmgate, simply click on the home icon on the Atlas to focus the camera on the starting location where your mapping journey begins.
Alternatively, HoWA can be acquired through the Path of Exile 2 official trading website. However, be prepared for a hefty price tag, as even poorly rolled HoWA can fetch multiple divines.
How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2
There are two primary methods to obtain a Breachstone in Path of Exile 2:
- Combine 300
Breach Splinters: These splinters drop from Breach map nodes on the Atlas. While they are relatively common, accumulating 300 splinters will require clearing numerous Breaches. Unfortunately, no. The Hand of Wisdom and Action is exclusively dropped by Xesht, We That Are One, and is not part of the standard loot table like items such as Astramentis, 
Headhunter, or 
Polcirkeln. Therefore, you cannot use an 
Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps to attempt to obtain it.
