The Pokémon Go "Small Yet Strong" event is almost here! From February 5th to 8th, trainers will have a boosted chance to catch unusually sized Pokémon (XXS and XXL) and encounter the Shiny Nymble for the very first time.
This event offers double XP for catching Pokémon, making it an excellent opportunity to level up quickly. Wild encounters will feature increased appearances of Paras, Natu, Joltik, and various Burmy forms. Keep an eye out for regional Flabébé variations, including Red (Europe, Middle East, Africa), Blue (Asia-Pacific), and Yellow (Americas), with a chance to find White or Orange Flabébé anywhere.
Raids will also be active! Dialga and Enamorus (Incarnate Forme) will appear in Five-Star Raids, while Mega Medicham and Mega Tyranitar dominate Mega Raids. Both raid and wild encounters present a chance to snag Shiny Pokémon.
2km Eggs will contain Togepi, Azurill, Budew, and Dedenne. Field Research tasks reward encounters with Burmy and Nymble. Don't forget the event-themed Timed Research and Collection Challenge, offering Stardust, Poké Balls, and more event Pokémon encounters. PokéStop Showcases will also highlight event Pokémon.
