This highly anticipated event will introduce Ezio Auditore da Firenze as a playable character, teaming up with Ubisoft to celebrate two fan-favorite entries in the Assassin’s Creed series: Assassin’s Creed II and Odyssey. A teaser released in January showcased Vertin navigating a rainy street, with the iconic Assassin’s Creed logo glowing in the distance, setting the stage for what's to come.
Get Ready to Welcome Ezio from Assassin’s Creed into Reverse: 1999!
Mark your calendars! The full plan for the crossover is set to launch in August 2025 on Android, iOS, and PC. Beyond the introduction of Ezio, the Reverse: 1999 x Assassin’s Creed collaboration promises a wealth of exciting content.
The event is structured in two distinct phases, each featuring unique Assassin’s Creed-themed stories and events. Phase I transports players to Renaissance Florence, where Vertin and her team will navigate the 15th-century Italian landscape, deciphering cryptic clues along the way.
Phase II shifts the setting to the ancient world of Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, immersing players in the historical backdrop of Greece. If you're familiar with the game, you’ll recognize some of the thrilling events Vertin and her crew will encounter.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for Reverse: 1999, as it will be the first time all servers worldwide are synchronized, ensuring that players everywhere can access the event content simultaneously.
Reverse: 1999 is a unique time-traveling RPG that blends modern and retro aesthetics. You step into the shoes of Vertin, the Timekeeper, who is immune to a mysterious phenomenon called The Storm. As entire eras vanish in the wake of these storms, Vertin and her partner Sonetto journey through time to rescue other arcanists affected by these temporal shifts.
