The much-anticipated Suikoden STAR LEAP is set to revolutionize the franchise by bringing the beloved series to mobile platforms. In a detailed interview with Famitsu on March 4, 2025, the developers behind Star Leap shared their vision for the game.
Star Leap Producer Shinya Fujimatsu highlighted the decision to develop for mobile, stating, "Our goal was to make Suikoden accessible to as many people as possible. Mobile is the most convenient platform for this. We wanted to ensure that the essence of Suikoden remains intact, so we are committed to creating a fully-fledged installment of the series."
