Terraria’s newest update is here, bringing Bigger and Boulder to life.
New crossover content lands for both Palworld and Dead Cells.
Plus, enjoy fresh furniture sets, mounts, whips, and more.
If Civilization’s mantra is “just one more turn,” then Terraria’s could easily be “just one more update.” Years after declaring they were done, developer 505 Games continue refining the beloved side-scrolling survival-crafting experience. This latest update—Bigger and Boulder—might just be their most ambitious yet.
Of course, the stars of this update are the crossovers—and we’re getting not one, but two! First up, Dead Cells, already a hit on mobile, now brings its iconic weapons and gear straight into Terraria. Then there’s Palworld, introducing all-new Pals to explore and collect.
On top of that, there are fifteen new furniture sets, five types of boulders, four transformation mounts, and a pile of other additions waiting for you to uncover. All this—and more!
Like a rolling stone
I don’t play it much these days, but Terraria still holds a special place in my memory—and this update might just pull me back in. I’m especially excited about the new Skyblock seed (a floating island setup, for those unfamiliar), a beloved challenge for survival-crafting enthusiasts.
If you somehow haven’t tried Terraria yet, it’s an easy recommendation: years of content to explore, fast-paced combat that outshines Minecraft (though that’s not hard), and rich 2D visuals that breathe life into every build.
