Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl boasts a range of armor suits enhancing player survivability within The Zone's hazardous environment. The SEVA-V suit, a top-tier member of the SEVA series, stands out as a valuable, free acquisition early in the game. Its superior PSI protection makes it a highly sought-after item. This guide details how to obtain it.
Acquiring the SEVA-V Armor in Stalker 2
The SEVA-V armor is located at the Scientist Helicopter Point of Interest (POI) in Stalker 2's Rostok region. This POI is situated southwest of the Rostok base, in a large field featuring a crashed helicopter amidst an Electro anomaly and a large, rusty crane. Reaching the SEVA-V suit requires some climbing.
Accessing the Scientist Helicopter POI & Climbing the Crane
Upon entering the Scientist Helicopter POI, you'll see a crashed helicopter within an Electro anomaly field (to the right) and a ladder ascending the rusty crane (to the left). Before climbing, utilize your artifact detector to acquire an Electro-type artifact from the anomalous field.
Climb the crane's ladder. Once atop, turn right and traverse the crane to the operator's cabin on the left.
Retrieving the SEVA-V Suit and its Specifications
Inside the operator's cabin, you'll find a bag containing valuable consumables and the SEVA-V armor. Carefully navigate the gap to reach it. Retrace your steps to descend the crane.
The SEVA-V suit is upgradeable via Screw, the technician at the Rostok base. It supports up to four artifacts and provides excellent radiation protection along with substantial PSI protection. If you possess superior armor, selling the SEVA-V suit can yield a significant amount of in-game currency.
