1-) I cannot log into the application, it gives an error or throws it out, what is the reason?

There may be several reasons for login issues. First, ensure you have a stable internet connection and that you're using the latest version of the app. Common problems include:

• a. Your interactive user and your VUU user do not match, causing the application to fail.
• b. You have a VIU user, but it has not been activated or lacks the necessary permissions, often resulting in a blank page within the app.
• c. Your session has been terminated. User sessions are periodically closed for security reasons. To resolve this, tap the authority button at the top right to log out, and then log back in.

2-) I want to reset my password, what can I do?

Our system is integrated with Interaktif, allowing you to reset your password directly through the Interactive platform.

3-) I cannot get notifications, what should I do?

Ensure you have enabled notifications for the app. Navigate to Settings > Applications > Parent Communication Triangle to check your settings. If notifications are enabled, try logging out and logging back in to resolve the issue.

4-) Why do I get updates so often?
