Bug Fixes:

Resolved an issue where Santa's Level 3 attack power was incorrectly applied as a negative value.
Corrected an error with the guild recruitment "Off" setting.
Fixed a bug where buff values weren't applied correctly when leveling up the Atom Tower.
The Atom Tower is now modified to stack its overall effects when placed consecutively.
Adjusted guild withdrawals so that donated points are properly removed.
