Yusei Okura, the protagonist, was born as an unwanted child into the influential Okura family, a dominant force in Japanese business.

Raised under strict supervision by elite relatives and tutors, Yusei became a versatile individual—yet remained a caged bird, devoid of dreams or hopes, living a disconnected life.

For the first time, Yusei breaks free from the clan’s control and ventures into the outside world alone.

Taking on the identity of Asahi Ogura, a commoner, Yusei infiltrates Philia Jogakuin, an exclusive school for the upper class.

As part of the plan, Yusei (as Asahi) begins working at Sakurayashiki as a maid serving Luna Sakurakoji, the school's top-tier student.

It is also revealed that several graduates connected to Luna reside there.

One is Yursur, a proud international student from Switzerland.

Another is Mizuho Hananomiya, a Yamato Nadeshiko figure from a former noble family.
