Please note, original RAW files cannot be imported and are resized to JPEG format. Additionally, MOV files and 8K movie files shot with EOS cameras, HEIF (10 bit), RAW movie files from compatible cameras, and AVCHD files from camcorders are not supported for saving through this app.

- If the app does not operate correctly, restart it and try again.
- Functionality is not guaranteed across all Android devices.
- When using the Power Zoom Adapter, ensure the Live View function is set to ON.
