SURE Universal adheres to a strict privacy policy (viewable on our website), ensuring no unauthorized access to user data and no sign-in requirement for basic remote control functionality. Upon installation, we request the following permissions:

1. Identity - for billing purposes if you choose to subscribe to the ad-free version.
2. Location - used for advertising and future IoT enhancements.
3. Photos/Media/Files - necessary for streaming media from your phone to a Smart TV.
4. Microphone - to enable voice command functionality.
5. WiFi - for establishing a connection to your Smart TV.
6. Device ID & Call Info - to mute your Smart TV when your phone rings, a feature you can enable through settings.
