In the engaging world of this game, your mission is to eliminate viruses using capsules that match their colors. The viruses come in three vibrant hues: red, yellow, and blue. As a player, you have the power to maneuver each falling capsule, shifting it left or right and rotating it to align perfectly with the viruses and any capsules already in place. The key to success lies in creating alignments of four or more capsule halves or viruses of the same color, either horizontally or vertically, which will then vanish from the board. Your ultimate goal is to clear each level by eradicating all the viruses present on the playing field. Be cautious, though; the game ends if the capsules stack up and block the narrow neck of the bottle.
You have the flexibility to choose your starting difficulty whenever you begin a new game. This difficulty level, ranging from zero to twenty, dictates the number of viruses you need to eliminate. Additionally, you can select from three different game speed settings, which affect the descent speed of the capsules within the bottle. Your score is determined exclusively by the number of viruses you eliminate, not by the time you take to finish the level or the capsules you use. If you conquer the highest difficulty level, you can keep playing to boost your score, although the number of viruses to clear will stay constant. You'll earn bonus points for eliminating multiple viruses simultaneously, but no extra points are given for triggering chain reactions, where the removal of one group of objects leads to the removal of another. The game's speed also plays a role in scoring, with higher speeds offering more points for your efforts.
