The camp spans a weekend, during which football managers analyze scouting reports to make strategic bids on promising talents. Many of the most successful team dynasties in The Open League have been built on the foundation of effective youth camp recruitment.

***Football managers can also arrange friendly matches against other managers, utilizing the off-season to host tournaments and further hone their team's skills. This feature adds an extra layer of engagement and community interaction.

***At the conclusion of each season, managers retain their teams, with players developing and potentially declining over time. Effective squad management is crucial for building a successful and enduring team.
