FromSoftware has rolled out patch 1.01.4 for Elden Ring Nightreign, primarily addressing bug fixes rather than introducing new content or balance adjustments.
Key Improvements in Update 1.01.4
The latest update, now available across all platforms, includes quality-of-life improvements and technical fixes:
- Weapon types now clearly displayed in Armament Information menus
- Resolved matchmaking failures occurring when two players simultaneously joined then left a team
- Fixed achievement tracking issues
The patch also eliminates an exploit where characters could improperly revive during the third-day boss encounter by exiting and rejoining sessions.
Future Updates Still Pending
This update doesn't include the anticipated duos mode, which remains in development as part of FromSoftware's evolving live service approach.
Current Event: Everdark Sovereign Arrival
Players can encounter the Sentient Pest's Everdark Sovereign variant in Limveld starting July 7 at 6pm PDT.
