Finally, a solo Spanish deck for Android has arrived — a fresh twist on the classic solitaire experience.
The game utilizes a traditional 40-card Spanish deck, offering a unique yet familiar challenge. Just like with the French deck version, your objective is to reveal all the cards and move them to their respective foundations, completing four full sequences from Ace to King. The game ends when no more moves are possible.
When playing with the Spanish deck, cards are arranged in piles based on letter values rather than colors. Sequences must be built from highest to lowest, adding an extra layer of strategy.
Three distinct game modes are available, each with its own set of rules:
Easy Game (Partida Fácil): Follows the standard rules of the French deck solitaire, except suits alternate instead of colors. You can move either a single card or a stack, and only Kings can be placed in empty spaces.
Normal Game: This is the true Spanish solitaire experience. You may only move the last card from each pile, but any card can fill an empty space — not just Kings.
Hard Game (Partida Difícil): A challenging variation of the Spanish solitaire. The same rules apply, but only Kings can be placed into empty slots, making it significantly harder.
At any time during gameplay, you can undo a move using the "Undo" button. Start a new game at your selected difficulty level with the "New Game" button, or return to the main menu by tapping the Menu button.
When there are no more cards left in the deck and all cards in the tableau are face-up, an "Autofill" button appears and pauses the timer. Pressing it will automatically move all remaining cards to their correct foundations.
The game keeps detailed statistics, including total games played and won, as well as win rates and best times per level. Tap the "i" button anytime to view these stats.
You can also pause and resume your game. If you exit or close the app mid-game, you’ll have the option to continue your previous session or start fresh.
For social interaction, the game supports Facebook integration. By connecting your account, you gain access to:
- Leaderboards for all three difficulty levels
- Friend rankings for the level you're currently playing
- The ability to invite friends to join the game
- The option to share your scores directly on Facebook
A dynamic scoring system adds another dimension to gameplay. Points are awarded for specific actions, multiplied by a dynamic FactorX value that decreases over time:
- Move from discard pile to foundation: +10 points
- Move from stack to foundation: +10 points
- Move from graveyard to graveyard: +5 points
- Reveal a hidden card in the tableau: +5 points
- Move from pile to foundation: -15 points
Each point earned is multiplied by the current FactorX value. For instance, a base value of +5 becomes +250 with a x50 multiplier or +100 with a x20 multiplier. Since the multiplier starts high and declines over time, early moves yield more points than later ones.
We hope you enjoy this immersive and challenging take on solitaire.
