All duplicate buildings on the Base have been merged into one.
Only nine buildings are now available on the Base.
All buildings are pre-built, and there are no more territories to unlock on the Base.
The Intelligence Agency has been moved off the Base and is at the maximum level from the start.
Equipment in the Arsenal is now sorted by default for easier access.
