In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost shipment of vital weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.
Starting the Quest:
Find Brannof Hall's dining room (near Brannof Boulevard, off the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him again to receive both clues before leaving.
Completing the Quest:
To solve the mystery, you must investigate both leads. Remove any Town Guard attire before questioning anyone.
Lead 1: Captain Shirker:
Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.
Locate the Man in a Waistcoat (Town Square). He'll point you to The Illusion, a weapons dealer, and suggests impersonating "Sam" (who has a monobrow).
Visit the hairdresser (Old Street West) and get a monobrow (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).
Lead 2: The Hooked Hand:
Talk to patrons at The Hooked Hand (near Eel Street). They'll direct you to...
...The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall (past Eel Street Bridge). The Fishmonger needs a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing).
Catch the flounder, write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk), hide it inside, and give it to the Fishmonger. Hide nearby to observe the buyer.
Follow the Furtive Stranger to Monab Row. Remove your Guard gear to reveal your monobrow, identify yourself as "Sam," and defeat the Level 30 thief. Retrieve the Plumbatae and return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
